CGG awarded contract for seismic survey offshore West Africa

The company has announced that it will mobilise the Geo Coral, Geo Barents and Pacific Finder vessels to conduct a 1,484 sq km BroadSeis wide-azimuth survey.

The programme will begin in mid-October and take nine months to complete.

The company that awarded the contract and the exact location of the survey area were not disclosed by CGG.
