THE NEW 2010 Hi-Force hydraulic tools catalogue is by far the biggest and best ever offering from Hi-Force, the leading UK based manufacturer of high pressure hydraulic tools and equipment. Packed full of products and technical information, the new catalogue has over 250 new products, compared to the earlier summer 2007 edition, which is further testament to the tremendous growth that is taking place at Hi-Force worldwide. The catalogue showcases over 1,700 products, with many new additions to the range including: pull cylinders, new generation split flow pumps, machine lift jacks, low height hollow bore jacks, spring assisted return tensioners, hydraulic tensioner nuts, hydrotest pumps with onboard chart recorder, battery operated crimping tools, large capacity nut splitters and the ToughLift jacking system. With all these new and existing products offered, the ongoing drive to manufacture the vast majority of items in-house, a target of over 70 per cent of machined components, by the end of 2010, is already in place helping to ensure Hi-Force delivers high quality products, on time and at a competitive price!! With the massive on-going investment that is taking place within the company globally, Kevin Brown, Group Managing Director, recently commented “The tremendous growth achieved by Hi-Force over the past three years, has necessitated an urgent need for increased investment in our in-house manufacturing capability. In the past two years we have invested in several new state-of-the-art Mori Seiki CNC machines to cope with our increasing product manufacturing demands. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality, using the best machinery available, to ensure that all Hi-Force products meet the most stringent quality requirements possible, whilst also maintaining a competitive edge over competitor brands manufactured in lower cost countries.” With continued investment in new product design and ongoing use of latest available technology, product improvements, Hi-Force products remain at the leading edge of the hydraulic tool industry. Also included in the new catalogue are improved SolidWorks, product dimensional drawings and samples of some of our new training animations.
